We went to see the Cadillac Ranch. I know it is just a bunch of cars sticking up out of the ground but to us it was pretty cool! And obviously from all the signatures on them a lot of other folks think so too.

Palo Duro Canyon
Palo Duro Canyon was beautiful! It is the first canyon we have ever seen and we were in amazement and awe!! The weather was nice and we were able to drive through it with the top down on the car making it easier for us to see the scenery. We also took a 4 mile hike in the canyon.

Amarillo, Texas
We left NC after spending 3 1/2 months there working and visiting with family, on April 22. We were heading west, farther west than we've ever been to date. It was an exciting moment when we turned that key! Our first real stop (other than overnight at Wally World) was Amarillo, Texas. We had seen the Big Texan Steak Ranch on The Travel Channel and being the carnivore I am we had to go! It was great!
